Last year I ran a basic wild food course for a nice chap called Ed Wardle. Ed was heading off to film in the wilds of Canada, so I only had a few days notice. Anyhow, I have just seen that he has a documentary coming up on the 10th September called ‘Alone in the Wild’ on channel 4.
