I’m pleased to announce that as of 26th February (March issue) I will have a regular column in the well-known ‘Great British Food Magazine’.
This will feature in each edition up until the end of 2010. I will cover a few wild foods which can be found at the time the magazine comes out in the shops each month other than January and July (which helps keep the magazine seasonal).
I’m rather excited about this, and I’m pleased that the Great British Food Magazine approached me to be their ‘wild foodie’.
