I have been adding a few more changes to the site today. Some of the images have been made a little larger and I think I have finally come up with a home page image for the winter months. Sorry for constant tweaks, but I am almost there now. Hopefully in the next few weeks I will be making some Nettle Beer!!! all in time for Christmas. If I get chance I will add the recipe and method to the site. I may also take the time to make some good old fashioned ale which my friend Andrew and I are planning on doing this month, again if time permits.
